Both Tim and Jordiss were more than happy to show me every house I was interested in. Their energy was always positive and they were very responsive in emails, text, and calls. I was looking for an antique home and I can't imagine anyone more qualified than Tim to help with avoiding older home issues while bringing vision to possible renovations. 10 out of 10.

First our daughter bought a house using Tim. Then our son bought a house using Tim. We sold our house using Tim. Our daughter 5 years later sold her house, and bought a new house with Tim this last July. I disagree with previous reviewer, we have called Tim years later looking for recommendations from everything to gutter companies to boiler companies. Tim is knowledgeable and patient. When our son is ready to upgrade it will be Tim he calls. Walking threw houses this past July with our daughter, pointed out what needed to be fixed and what it could cost. He's not in it just for the buck, he's honest and works hard to get it done. Thank you Tim again.

We used Tim as a dual agent for our dream home and also used him to sell our home. Tim is also a contractor so it was so helpful to learn about the intricacies of the property that we would have never known if it was a realtor that isn't familiar with structures of a home. We have been looking for a house prior for at least 4 years and have had deals fall through or offers not accepted. It was meant to be that we found a beautiful dream house this year and it had to be Tim to have made it happen. So many moving parts but Tim was on top of it, super responsive to us, knowledgeable and confident. We've never met a realtor like Tim. Very upbeat, personable, honest and positive guy. He had a resolution for everything and I can honestly say if we had a different realtor we wouldn't have gotten our forever home. In a competive real estate market, you really need someone that can think outside the box and make things happen and Tim did that for us. Thank you Tim, once we are settled will have you over for some beers!
