My Cape Cod Realty - Melanie Cauchon Real Estate

Melanie sold my Cape Cod home and she was terrific! Melanie did everything and I did not have to do anything! I live 2 hours from Cape Cod and I was house bound. I do not use any technology. She was so considerate and patient. She helped find people to take care of the property and make it ready to sell. She was calling me all the time, keeping me informed of showings & giving me the feedback from the buyers. She knows the market well. She helped me negotiate. I am elderly and she was so patient with me because I do not know much about technology, and she took the time to explain and she made sure I understood all the listing documents, the offer, the closing documents... Everything was great. I really think she did a terrific job and I could not have asked for a better listing agent to sell my house on Cape Cod! If anyone needs a Realtor on Cape Cod, for yourself or for your elderly parents, I would absolutely recommend her in a heartbeat!

Great Experience. Melanie was the person who helped us buy our summer RV. She is knowledgeable about Cape Cod, professional at all times, and communicated with us throughout the process. She answered emails and phone calls in a timely manner. It was a great experience to work with Melanie. I highly recommend if you are looking to buy on Cape Cod.

Melanie is very thorough and hands on. She works hard to help you sell as best as she can. . I have bought and sold with her. She is very thorough, a wealth of knowledge on the real estate but also the homes themselves. She has an engineering background so she is also very technical. She really stays in touch and informs you along the way. She is the best agent I have ever worked with and I. My lifetime I have bought and sold 23 houses I highly recommend her!!
