Dr. Quinton DDS, Brewster Dental Arts formerly Dr. Gumpright DDS

Never been and I need to get back to the dentist. Gumptright was my dentist growing up. And he was wonderful. So if Gumptright endorses Quinton I'm in.

I was sent a bill by Dr. Quintons office yet have never been to visit him since the wonderful Dr. Gumpright had sold the practice. I had went to visit Dr. Gumpright in 2020 without my insurance card and he was kind enough to proceed with the routine cleaning and asked that I call back later when I had a moment to get it updated but until then they would send a bill to reflect the cleaning without insurance until I did it. I called back a few days later got my insurance info updated and was told that would be all and that it was covered and no payment required. Fast forward 2 years and I get a bill for said cleaning sent out by this very unprofessional office. I have now called then 6 times and NEVER received a message back and now they sent the bill to a debt collection agency again with no response to my many calls. It is pathetic and most certainly is a reflection of how this "new" office is run in an unprofessional manner, money hungry and poor/lack of respect for customers. Dr. Gumpright was AWESOME but this new joe shmo is clearly dropping the ball. Thanks for 0 help. Update: I appreciate the response but my Verizon call history that I will gladly share would indicate that I did reach out with no response. Unless Verizon is lying (like youre accusing me), your record keeping would be seen as suspect.
