They had the parts I needed for my commercial Windsor Sensor 12 vacuum. There are only a few sources of these parts other than manufacturer. Free shipping is nice for order over $20. Their prices were much better than elsewhere and the stuff arrived quickly ans was exactly as expected.

Spent 1500 dollars on a vacuum that was sparking and putting out smoke within less than an hour. I called customer service and they sent a new motor out to me and told me to call them if I needed to find someone to fix it. Called back and was told to install it myself or to go pay to have it fixed. They said that was my only two options. Update July 20 2021 Have called in multiple times. Never received a motor. Said its on back order and no way to get an update on parts. They wont replace the unit or do anything to back their products if you get a defective product. Don't do business with them. It has been over a year that I have been trying to get the store to do something about a vacuum that I purchased there. With in less than 4 months from purchasing a vacuum there, the outstanding Electrolux Ultra Deluxe stopped working. I brought the merchandise (vacuum) back to the store for which they kept for repair at the time. The repair has never been performed, the vacuum was never returned. They provided Electrolux email, which has been promising a refund every couple of weeks, but I have never received. The customer assistance for this store is ridiculous. I do not recommend.

The filters for my Electrolux fit perfect and were less expensive so I bought extra. I loved the diagram of the vacuum to help locate what part I needed.
