Sacred Heart - St. Thomas Collaborative overall was in a very poor shape in the accounting and management department. Employees were submitting various versions of time sheets, numbers were not adding up, bills were not being accurately paid and overall, it was very decentralized. Once KPM OAS stepped in they immediately went to work. They crafted a better time sheet system, reconciled bank accounts and reviewed all discrepancies, bills were set up online so that I could easily pay them literally with a tap of a button right from my phone anywhere I am. They suggest ideas how to improve the reimbursement process and made it more a centralized approach. When the payroll protection program came about, they immediately informed me about it and submitted the packet. Due to this we were able to receive the first round of PPP funds with no hickups allowing me to pay my employees through the COVID-19 crisis as well as keeping the lights on. KPM OAS is always there even after work hours and always respond to my concerns in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend KPM OAS to any small businesses or Churches in need of a business manager, bookkeeper and or anything in between.
