Came in there to do a huge order for my new hires. Panera bread had terrible service so this place came in highly recommended. I walked in, I was greeted, I explained the last minute situation and the general manager and her team was amazing. They took the order, moved quickly and asked the proper questions regarding food restrictions and allergies. Good job pit belly! My new hires loved the food btw. Great great service from a crew full of young people.

I ordered lunch from here a couple of times through Grubhub.The last time I ordered from here I got a BTLA sandwich which is made of bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado but I requested that they leave off the avocado which they did.I also got a cup of their cream of broccoli and cheddar soup which was one of the most delicious soups I've ever had.The sandwich was great as well. The ingredients were of good quality and were fresh.I was very satisfied with my lunch and would definitely order from here again or stop by to grab something for lunch.

I'm disappointed this Potbelly only has 3 stars, this is one of my favorite fast casual restaurants and I've been coming to Potbelly's for years. Maybe they've had issues with short staffing as of late, but I've been to this location a handful of times over the last few years and I've never had any issues. I love Potbelly for its affordable and tasty sandwiches, rustic decor and quick service. If it's really busy you might wait 5 to 10 minutes for your order, if it's empty,  2 to 3 minutes. This location seats close to 30 people, has a community bulletin board, paper back books, and plenty of electrical outlets. I also like that they carry Zappo's chips rather than lays (just something different). They also have Wi-Fi and a public restroom. There's plenty of parking right outside and outdoor dining when it's warm out. I ordered an 'original' (medium) sized sandwich on (toasted) whole wheat bread, turkey breast and Swiss cheese. From there you can customize your own toppings--I had mayo, hot peppers, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce. It came to $10 after a 15% tip. Potbelly always hits! I've been to potbelly dozens of times in my lifetime and have always enjoyed the food. It's not the best sandwich I've ever had, but all things considered it's a great affordable (and slightly healthier) option. Especially to Subway, in fact, I haven't been to Subway in close to decade and would never eat there unless it life or death. My only wish is that this was closer to where I live. Go here!!
