Cat Morris is phenomenal! I cannot say enough about her passion, dedication, and professionalism. After a health emergency required my mom to relocate to the area, Cat worked tirelessly (and with a lengthy and frequently changing list of requirements no less) to find my mom the perfect houseI honestly wasnt even certain that such a place could exist, especially in the current housing market! However, not only did Cat find the perfect home, but she quickly put together an offer that the seller accepted, even with multiple competitive offers in while also still keeping us under budget. She was present, enthusiastic, and involved in the whole process from day 1 through well after closing, and was proactive with communication and updates throughout the entire search.
