Not professional. My tenant placed a plate of rice and food into the garbage disposal (tenant's words), causing a clog in the pipe. I contacted the company and specified that I must be present with the technician, who should refrain from discussing issues or diagnosing with the tenant. Despite my clear requests at the time of the appointment, the technician was supposed to call me before going to the property but ignored my multiple clear requests. The technician went to the property without notifying me and explained to the tenant that the main pipe was clogged, creating an impression for the tenant that it was not their fault for the food clog. The technician provided an opportunity for the tenant to argue with me, even though the lease is clear on this situation. I am upset that, despite multiple notifications, they ignored my request not to talk to the tenant and went to the property without informing me.

Truly grateful to everyone at Clear Choice! Very reliable and efficient. Everyone is so polite and professional. A++++ Company! Another plumbing company jerked us and our tenant for a week, finally arrived and then tried to charge us $700 to replace a garbage disposal. When we refused they wanted to charge us $179 anyway. I fear this may be a trend among tradesmen as the next company I called also refused to provide even a ballpark quote. In contrast, Janette at Clear Choice quoted their price over the phone. The plumber arrived when promised and took care of the problem quickly. I paid the fee as quoted at $185, which included the environmental fee. What a relief to deal with an honest and competent company! So grateful!
