I only called but Tracy was so rude and hung up I dont know how theyve got so many stars. I could tell from the response they left under Amits review that theyre not professional at all. If thats the owner it only goes downhill from there.

An incredible team and always a great experience. Extremely knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to interact with through over a decade of visits. I had braces done here from 2008-2013 and recently returned for a quick fix to my retainer. The entire team was delightful, the office looks terrific, and the visit was positive as always. Would absolutely recommend Lorenz Orthodontist!

Does not even deserve one star. Very unprofessional staff. Does not even know how to talk with kids. The front desk person Kerri is very rude. The doctor Lorenz have two faces. Instead of listening to the patient, she listened to her staff. She is not patient centered. She is very self centered. She is very narcissistic. Please think before you go to her clinic. Specially with the kids.

Best doctor around!! The entire team is professional and the doctor is both knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend for any age patient.
