Got new glasses that I needed. My Salesperson Sharon was the best. The staff at South Shore Plaza did an amazing job getting me glasses my insurance would pay for without ripping me off with a bunch of stuff I dont need.

Second time customer and the service was great just as I remembered it. Was in and out in about 1 hour and that included exam, meet with the doctor and picked out my new glasses! Always great service at this location.

I've had the best experience, the female who attended me at the front desk and the doctor was phenomenal. The person who assisted me at the end in choosing my eyewear was amazing also. Everyone was patient and really showed they care about people. I definitely will be referring other people to the store.

I went to Visionworks in Braintree to pick out eyeglasses for a new prescription. A representative by the name of Sharon assisted me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She has a very friendly, honest personality and I was very pleased with the frame I settled on. She is also very patient and was happy to continue to bring frames that may have been suitable for me. I was ver happy with my overall experience at Visionworks in Braintree. Sharon was great!!
