Deborah sold a house for me recently. It sold very quickly, and over asking price. I was very impressed with the job that Deborah did and not just based on the results (which were obviously excellent). Deborah put a great deal of effort into making sure wed get the best result. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the local market. Deborah handled the social media pre-messaging, staging, photography, detailed offer sheet, marketing, and all aspects of showing the house which isnt easy in the Covid era! She helped buying brokers understand what we were looking for, with great results. We got multiple offers and every offer was a quality offer allowing us to pick the strongest one without worry! Deborah also chased the attorneys and took care of the fire inspection as well as the final gas and water readings. I really couldnt be happier with the service she provided, as well as the great results!
