Dr. Lasoski took the time to explain all services that would be provided for our child. The other team members, along with their providers were also extremely helpful not only with their recommendations but also by answering question and providing advise moving forward. They were very quick in responding and maintain professionalism throughout the practice. It is shocking to see the few reviews that does not agree, hopefully more reviews are posted highlighting the positive nature their practice brings to families like ours.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this organization after I spent time filling out and sending a 30 page advanced screening. I made appointments based on a cancellation to get in sooner than a long waiting period. I returned a contract to pay $300 dollars because they dont accept my supplemental insurance (which happens to be one of the best you can buy). I was also informed that they would accept only cash or check, although many secure methods of payment are available well into this 21st century. They also want only snail mail or fax also which no one uses anymore . I made the corrections on the contract because it was absolutely inaccurate. I stated that I hoped their testing was more progressive than their technology. I was told that they would send me literature about their testing procedures which I never received. I got a phone call that they would not be able to accept that contract and, although it was not factually correct, they demanded the original be signed. Just got a call that the original appointments could not be honored for some reason that had to do with my being in another state and their liability. Again it struck me as one sided just for their advantage so I cancelled. I said I had a bad feeling about this company and just got a thats fine response.

After many hours of phone calls, filling out paper work, and completing an intake, I was assured that this facility offers the type of testing that I needed and that they accept my insurance. I was originally scheduled for two appointments with Doctor Ashita Gurnani. Doctor Ashita Gurnani showed up 15 minutes late for my first appointment, however she was quick to make note that our appointment which was scheduled for 1 full hour was over at the originally scheduled time, only allowing for a 45 minute appointment, not including the 10 minute hold that she put me on. At the end of the first appointment she asked me to come in early for my second appointment in order to finish what we were not able to finish due to her tardiness, which she did not apologize for. The "medical assistant" called me after my first appointment ended, informed me that my second appointment, originally schedule for 2 weeks after the first appointment, is canceled and the next availability is January/February, she also recommended I seek testing else where. Refused to inform me why my appointment was canceled, instead she stated that it would take to long to explain and she needs to end the call.I still am not sure why my appointment was removed since they offer the testing I was looking for and accept my insurance. My only insight is that since the first appointment took longer than an hour, due to no fault of my own, they did not want to spend an additional 15 minutes at the second appointment with a patient who they already inconvenienced multiple times even though Dr Ashita Gurnani was the one at fault for the delay! I was skeptical of this practice from the beginning due to other negative reviews and the lack of communication. After being told that they would confirm receipt of my intake paper work ( which needed to be dropped off in person, or mailed directly to the office) I did not hear back for weeks. I left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails asking about the status of my paperwork, this was a nerve wrecking experience since the forms that I mailed contained personal information. I contacted the post office and they confirmed that my paperwork was delivered three days after it was sent. After weeks of no contact they finally confirmed receipt of my paperwork and told me that they have a waitlist but since they have a new provider who takes my insurance they should be able to get me in sooner. I was unfortunately on a tight deadline due to the deadline set forth by the testing agency that I am seeking accommodations through so I decided that although there were multiple red flags with this organization I still went through with scheduling an appointment, since all of the other places I called had much longer waitlists. My next steps are reaching out the licensing board that issued Doctor Gurnani's license and the better business bureau as well as the licensing board that has licensed other members of this practice including Doctor Nicole Coolbrith. I informed Doctor Nicole Coolbrith and she recommended that I call the administrative assistant back because she is the only person who can help me. I informed her of my previous interactions with the "medical assistant" and why I did not feel comfortable reaching back out to her and she said "well that's your only option and I need to get back to a patient, Goodbye." The purpose of this post is to bring awareness to the unprofessional practices and unfair treatment at this facility and to prevent a similar situation from happening to another potential patient. Save yourself the trouble and wasted time. Unfortunately enduring a long waitlist in order to be seen by a professional and respectful provider is absolutely worth the wait. Requested a copy of any medical and treatment records they have, they informed me they don't have any, which is either a lie or another example of unprofessional misconduct. No medical doctors on staff and no medical services provided, referring to administrative assistant, Kenisha as a "medical administrator" is misleading and unprofessional.
