This whole office staff is wonderful! They go above and beyond to make all their patients comfortable before and after their procedure! Special shout out to Dr Reddy, Becky, Kerrie, & Matt, making me laugh and calming my nerves! Matt was my anesthesiologist but had me laughing without laughing gas!!!!

Excellent experience. Liked the miralax/ducolax prep approach. The facility itself was good - amazing staff. From doctors to nurses everyone so kind. They know what they are doing people are in and out efficiently. I had the conscious sedation and it was no issue at all - I was comfortable, felt nothing and was out of it/asleep for most. I was worried after a previous review and was a non issue. Also, they played Yacht rock at my request as I drifted away..

Seems like a colonoscopy factory. Quick turnarounds and depressing office. Procedure went fine. Picked up my daughter who staggered out. Needed a few more minutes in recovery room.

If minus 5 stars was an option I would chose that. Nice customer care, in the front desk, the nurse who went through the questionnaire with me was nice but the other one trying to get the IV on me so unprofessional, didnt even introduce herself or what she is trying to do on my arm. She missed the vein on the left arm, and then I asked her to try my right one. The most disappointing part of this experience is that doctor MD Rafaz Hoque, didnt even see with me after procedure to explain the findings or what did he do about them! I live 10 min from this place but I will never be a patient here again.
