McSweeney & Ricci Insurance-Braintree

My daughter had a policy with them and there was an issue with a payment. They were of no help and even tried to make her feel badly saying she hadn't paid when she paid more than was due but Safety insurance put it in renters insurance instead of the car insurance. They were of no help whatsoever. We are fighting the issue on our own with zero help from McSweeney and Ricci. AND on our own found a much, much cheaper policy than they were offering. They didn't have our back and they won't have yours. Eric was more interested in leaving the office on time than helping a client.
