        Overheard a supervisor telling a new employee to push embroidery sales since they profit more. Thought I would help him out so I asked for one done. Embroidery work was garbage for a machine that does all the work for them.

        The customer service is bad on Sunday, October 15, 2023, I went to the store and the person in charge of the cashier that day was a small man, a very bad-mouthed person with very bad customer service and lack of respect for customers, without No education, I went at 2:45 in the afternoon and I cannot buy because the man, apart from the fact that I had to go out to look for him to charge me, talks to me with gestures and a bad temper.
