I am not an easy dental patient. I'm terrified of everything. I walk in and out the door a few times before I even get in the chair, I'm that bad. In the past year I've had two teeth extracted here and both times were so quick,easy and painless. The dentist and her assistant were so nice and did everything they could to keep me feeling safe and calm. They were really outstanding. This is the best dentist I have ever been to!

Terrible!! 0 stars . I was fine no pain when I first walked through the door. The dentist said that I needed to replace an old filling and so I agreed since I've had fillings replaced before with no issues. One week after I am STILL in pain and felt that the pain wasn't getting better but worse. The dentist said the pain was probably a coincidence and probably has nothing to do with the fact that SHE DRILLED THAT TOOTH. Wow! At least own it!!! She then filed down the filling in hopes that would work. I just knew that wasn't going to solve anything! Now it's 2 weeks and I'm in sever pain. The tooth is throbbing and I can't chew anything on that side of my mouth. I am never going back and now looking for a new dentist who can help me with this Terrible pain that she caused. Hope this can help someone prevent going there and having this happen to them!

I want to say I have been in the dentist chair for most of my 57 years of life I have been from Marshfield, Scituate, Hingham, Quincy, Dedham, Arlington and finally Braintree!! I have had every procedure possible extractions, root canals, crown lengthenings , implants. I have literally had everything done to my mouth that there is to do! I found a Braintree family dental by chance I have MassHealth and was searching the very few places that accept it my first phone call. I was so happy when I went in and met everyone they are the nicest, kindest people they make you feel comfortable from the start like you are all friends, they are very professional and they know how to give Novacaine. I know that sounds crazy many dentists dont know how to do it and isnt that the worst part of everything!?!? Look no further they are your people!!!
