I have been in the store several times before and had an okay experience. This time was much different. I went in to look at doors and the lack of willingness to help with purchasing a door details was unacceptable. I was the only one in the store and asked about available doors sizes. At the end of the brief exchange, the answer was I don't know and there are some catalogs you can look at (I can do this online from my house). I do not expect the individual to know about everything in the store, however, I did expect some help. They did not even get up from their seat. I grabbed the catalog and left. I proceeded to order several thousand dollars of doors from another retailer the next day. The reason for this review is to let the management know they should not forget to train employees about customer service. We as consumers have choices about where we spend our money. My concern is that this interaction goes unnoticed and the company does not realize they are losing out on sales due to 10-15 minutes of proper training every month. Customer service makes a large difference. This small interaction are not fleeting, it create ripples that continue affect this store over time. I will not be recommending this establishment for people seeking assistance/knowledge about certain products. I may go there from time to time to get things I need that does not require customer service.

We visited the Braintree showroom on Saturday and were greeted by Paul. He was an amazing help!! We needed to choose all our mouldings, stairs, doors, etc. for our remodel. Paul was so patient and knowledgeable. In less than an hour, we left knowing exactly what we needed for our contractor to place his order. Paul answered all our questions and guided us in choosing what matched our style. He far exceeded our expectations! Paul combined customer service, product knowledge, and design all in one. Employees like Paul create repeat customers who recommend Next Day Moulding. Be sure to ask for Paul!
