Tiffany Davis was very friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment, and grounds. She clearly explained all the lease options available to us, along with how easy it is to use your online applications to rent and make payments. We will be renting from Tiffany as soon as we have a signed P&S agreement which hopefully will be in the next 2 weeks. Thank you Diana DeFrancesco

Maintenance was great with checking on our apartment in a timely manner. Isaias came to assist, was helpful and had a positive attitude towards my situation. Thanks again!

Tiffany is the best person to work with. She is patient and happy to answer all your questions. The grounds and amenities are well kept and there are always cleaning crews inside the apartment buildings taking care of the hallways , etc. the quality of the appliances can be better but maintenance is very prompt whenever there is an issue. I have lived here for over 3 years and the only downside to living here is the amount of package theft there is and only having one central place for trash.

Lived here for a year and a half-6 failed board of health inspections with multiple work orders . Landlord ignores board of health and conducts 0 repairs .black mold , excessive moisture , holes in foundation and baseboard - sewage that seeps up through ground in patio , sewer and sulfuric smell throughout , holes in wall in bathroom where upstairs neighbors human waste travels out. Multiple pipe breaking and consequent flooding that caused total property loss due to water damage and mold contamination with minimum renters insurance coverage and landlord ignores requests for access to their insurer and ignore the issue altogether like the floods never happened. A contractor told me black mold is in every building . They shamelessly rent units to families with little kids - black mold exposure feels like Alzheimers meets a demonic possession - good luck. Run for the hills . Youll be deceived and neglected and then evicted when you learn your right to withhold rent. Do not rent here . Go anywhere else . In addition to that maintenance is incompetent their solution is to slather on inappropriate glue on anything .. the noise pollution here is insane -highway and the air traffic youll never have peace . And rumors of this being native burial seem very real as rhe parking lot after 12 is eerie with dancing shadows. Youve been warned. No one lives here past their lease and if you move in youll know why. Currently in litigation for deceitful practices - warranty of habitability - pain and suffering consumer protection act related charges .

If you are considering in moving here, I would read this review, I wish I had know about these things, before I had moved in. Would not recommend this place, the buildings are old and charge rent to market price. Many other apartment complexes around the area have made updates to their dwellings. Whenever my wife would make service requests to issues in the apartment the maintenance workers would tell her nothing is wrong and basically saying that she is lying about them. For instance, the water was not draining properly from the dishwasher, the maintenance worker said there is nothing wrong. The dryer isnt drying the clothes properly, so they tell her to do timed drying, which still doesnt work. We have to run the dryer twice to allow the clothes to dry properlywhich costs money on our end. Another issue we are currently dealing with is the water pipes are making a water hammer noise, but when the maintenance worker came he said you shouldnt be hearing that noise, because there are no water pipes in the ceiling. So somehow were just hearing this noise throughout the day and night. In the photos that I attached, is the bathroom where a mold-like substance is appearing. We contacted maintenance a month ago to come fix, and the senior maintenance worker taped it up with plastic and said he had to talk to his boss about how they would approach this. Still have not heard anything about how they will be fixing this issue, just that they are looking for a subcontractor. Also would like to add that he mentioned the bathroom is dirty and hasnt been cleaned, but its clear their is growth behind the wall. The bathroom also has a odd smell to it. Obviously this is a health issue and they should be making this a priority fix, but nope we will still collect your rent and not take care of any issues in the apartment. Also were not the only apartment that has dealt with this issue in the bathroom. They also didnt fix the issue, so they contacted a subcontractor out of pocket to take a look, and actually found black mold. So in other words I would honestly stay away from here. There are many updated apartments near the area. Im a construction worker, so I know the newer apartments are well insulated and built way better than this 2001 building, where you wont hear every footstep the neighbor upstairs makes.
