I had such a bad experience booking this place. I took an hour and a half to get to this location, walked half an hour, my bus was delayed by 5 min, and my bus missed the bus stop I needed to get to this location, so I was 5 min late. No one was at the desk to help me, the door was locked. I tried calling customer experience and they essentially told me A refund cannot be issued, goodbye. I felt like I wasnt treated like a person, just a number in the room or someone to take money from.

This was the best experience. I hosted a fundraiser and our instructor was so nice and accommodating to our large group. We had an absolutely blast. I havent done much yoga in the past, but I look forward to adding yoga at CorePower Yoga to my weekly routine!

I signed up for on demand classes. My credit card payment went through immediately, but I could not sign up for classes and ended up in an endless loop of resetting the password, trying to sign in, password not recognized. I tried to resolve the issue with live chat (it's not live), email (generic) and calling the studio near me (call center closed (at 10:45 am even though the studio is supposed to be open). I am really disappointed but had no option but to cancel my membership right away. I guess this money was wasted.
