Just had the best experience in here. The staff could not have been more helpful. The system is really cool and easy to use, just ask one of the lovely staff how to do it and enjoy a great shopping experience. It would be great if you could ship stuff to the store to try on for free, or at least purchase without a shipping cost when ordering to store. But generally, a wonderful time spent shopping with the team here. I Reformation

I shop at Reformation online a lot but I much prefer coming to this store! The trying on process may seem confusing at first, but I actually prefer it, as you dont have to search though all the clothes to find your size - you just look through everything, select what you like, and add your size to your room using the touchscreens. Even on a super busy Saturday, Ive never waited more than 30 minutes for a room.
Everyone who works here is very helpful; Ive returned several items here that I purchased online with no problem. Also, a bonus is they have a vintage rack filled with unique, non-reformation items that are just as gorgeous!

This store has SUCH a cool concept. It's pretty different from any other shopping experience that I've had. One of everything in stock sits out on the floor, but then you can order what sizes that you'd like to try on using one of many touch screens that are available around the store. Everything that you ask for is then put into a fitting room, and you can try on more items with a touch screen inside of your room.
I had a great experience shopping here, and I've been telling all of my friends about it. For the best experience, look at the Reformation online store to get an idea of what you'd like to try on, and then go early to beat the crowd! ;)

They have some of the items on the floor, but keep the rest of them in the back. They have touch screens that you can see everything they have in stock at the store including colors and sizes. You make your selections and then theyre delivered to your fitting room.
We didnt end up finding the right dress, however Alex, the sales associate, was very helpful!
