I have been wanting to replace my windows for a long time and didn't know who to hire. HireHaven came out and evaluated the job and put it out to bid. After the bids they stayed in touch to review and make sure things were moving along.

“Competitive Bid. Custom window built on schedule. Showed up on agreed date. Worked out a problem discovered on site the same day. Came back the next day to finish work. Cleaned up after themselves. Professional. Second time we have used them. Will use them again."

Edit...As of now, I have been told it was my responsibility to paint the window sills after being installed (which have now weathered significantly), even though this was never disclosed to me...Not only was it not disclosed, I asked them repeatedly before hiring if I would have to do anything myself. I expressed that I wanted a complete installation from start to finish and wanted to know if anything additional would be required. I asked this question no less than 5 separate times over two phone calls. Their statement to me when I contacted them about the sills was "it's common knowledge" to know they have to be painted. Common knowledge? I hired them to do this because I work in a totally different field. I dont have this knowledge. I contacted them three times over the past six weeks and asked to speak to a supervisor. One of the employees I rated highly before, told me she asked the supervisor/CEO and their stance is not to work with me on this. I never recieved any communication from the supervisor even though it was expressed in writing multiple times that I wanted this. So many other things happened as well to show this companies disregard for customer service/standing behind their work. During the installation, and before they had their money, they made a lot of mistakes...But I was willing to work with them. They broke windows in my bedroom (spilling glass on the carpet and not telling me), they left a huge mess in the complex once again leaving glass, nails.and debris all around the construction area. They delivered the windows to an unacceptable place, leaving them by a tree in my complex (I kid you not) a full day before they were coming,. That just scratches the surface of the mistakes they made. Now they wont even talk to me and try to make it right? This is not good business, and I will be forced to report them to the BBB soon enough. Be very wary of doing business with a company like this.....also, as you probably already know, be careful of a company with this many 5 star cookie cutter reviews. I wouldn't be surprised if they changed the name of their company to hide from their previous bad reviews...end edit ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW "I have always said that the best way to see what a company is "made of" is to see how they respond when things don't go perfectly. The installers were unable to finish in one day due to inclement weather and initially I was not completely satisfied with the work. However, Kerry worked closely and patiently with me to make sure the outcome was entirely satisfactory. The installers did a very good job and addressed everything that I asked them to. Overall there is no question, I would absolutely recommend Renoviso and would use them again if I ever needed them. Tim in sales was 10/10 for his part. He listened and got me the exact product I wanted. Kerry 10/10 for her part. She made me feel supported and confident that things would work out in the end. She then followed through with everything she said. The installers 9/10 for their part. They were courteous, skilled, and I was comfortable with them in my home. Overall I would give Renoviso as a whole 10/10."
