I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Insight Global. Everyone involved was extremely helpful and receptive when attempting to negotiate compensation. In addition, they are extremely attentive and are exceptional with communication. Val has been an absolute pleasure to work with. You can tell she really cares about her job, and is always there to help when needed. Even answered one of my calls while she on leave. That's dedication, and that is definitely someone you want on your side. I cannot recommend the team at Insight Boston enough.

Everyone beware. This company is a sham. The recruiters do not care about getting their clients into a dream job. All they care about is getting their paychecks. Once you get hired with the help of your recruiter there is no communication. They say they are the middlemen between you and the contracted company but that is not the case. They treat you like a best friend until you get the job. If you have any concerns about the role they pressure you into taking it but once you realize it's not want you want to do they dissappear. I would also like to say the recruiters should be aware of their social media platforms if they are planning to tell you they are SICK and thats why they have not reached out to you in three weeks. There's more, but I feel you get the point.
