        Someone at UPS put a rule to change our delivery address. Every time we get a delivery they change our address and ship it to a new address. We called customer care and they say its the dispatch team but no one in dispatch listens to them. Despite multiple hours on call with them they are helpless and keep overriding alll our shipments to an unknown address. This is a classic example of utter disregard by these large corporations of their customers. They have become so big and complex no one knows whats happening and they cannot fix a problem created by them costing their customers thousands of dollars.
