Costumer services are bad and rude.one of the woman there is unprofessional at all also helpless. I would never refer my friends and family there.

DHL offers unacceptable service in the USA. My package came from Finland and was swiftly transferred to Ohio. From there, it went to the Boston shipping department and was lost. I received a package, with my shipping label, correctly numbered, but containing a man's shirt! Customer service has been worthless, both on automated phone and on live chat. I am out a boat load of money as a result. Shame on DHL.

The worst customer service on the front desk by some person called Michaell. Because I am not native english, I didn't understand her fast and bad speaking language, she starting shouting at me very violent and aggressive( without reason). Definitely she does not have customer service skills. She also obligated my husband, in a rude way, to help with the packages because “it wasn’t fair” even after 4 days my boxes didn't arrive from the expected date I had to go and pick them. Of course we were going to help but learn to talk to the clients. Becareful she can really make you get a bad moment. Incredible that there is so many people claiming about this person but she is still there, please Dhl do your part.
