They charged me a move out fee PLUS my regular monthly rent to the card I had been autopaying with for over a year. When I rightly pointed this out that they shouldn't be charging me monthy rent AND a move out fee, they never seemed to get around to refunding me. When I called the national number to point out after a month past the charge they still hadn't refined me the extra "move out" fee. Instead of refunding to to my credit card as I asked , they told me it was "credited" to my account. The very next month my rent went up by the exact amount they had "credited" me.$40 Yeah no thanks. You guys lost a good loyal customer who always payed on time if not early. If ths is how they want to reward me for being a good customer no thank you. I'll fond somewhere else that dosnt scam customers by over charging the autopay cards without telling them and then raises their rent with no notice by the exact amount of the "credit" that month.

Came in Saturday Feb 24 for a quote. Wanted a simple answer, instead front desk wasted my time asking for what items I am storing after I said random stuff like clothing in boxes. Eventually said they charge $100+ for the smallest unit. Dont waste your time with this establishment. Rude personnel, unreasonable prices, hole in the wall lobby.
