        I went through a significant hardship during the height of the Covid 19 Pandemic. The management at Castle Self Storage did not bat an eye at auctioning off every item in my storage unit. They withheld not so much as a family photograph or personal letter - items that could had been set aside thoughtfully and mailed for less than the cost of a cup of coffee. I would not ever recommend such a heartless company to anyone. Consumer beware.

      SophiaThe last thing the Castle wants to do is have an auction for anyone's storage space. When we do not hear from our tenants for several months after many calls, mailing several letters, as well as sending several emails, we are left with no other alternative. We work with all of our tenants that may be going through a difficult time. Unfortunately, when we do not hear back from a tenant for several months, we need have no choice but to consider the space abandoned and proceed with the Foreclosure process.
