Spaulding Nursing & Therapy Center

My father has been here a number of times the last few years. Cant stress it enough dont send your family members here. 4 years ago I brought my dad coffee he didnt recognize me. I lived with him at the time and he was all with it. I brought it to the staffs attention and was dismissed. Im a nurse I asked them to do a blood gas. They refused 3 hours later he was intubated and spent a month in the ICU. My father also died here and I received a call from a staff member 2 hours after he died. So whats are your plans we cant just leave the body in the room. The body they said I would never speak to a patient with the lack of empathyI was spoken to.

My wife was in Spaulding for about a month. I can't thank the staff enough for their efforts and caring. She was in a bad place after emergency surgery and through hard work .compassion and encouragement they helped her recover. The facility is super clean and the food was very good. The attitude of the staff was amazing ! Our family can't thank you all enough .Keep up the exceptional work.

My wife fell at 1 pm and they told me at 6 am and they did not take her to the hospital after four days. The nurse was with her and she fell again and lost consciousness. An hour after losing consciousness, they called 911 and took her to the hospital. She lost her mobile phone in the hospital before taking her to the hospital even though it was her duty. The nurse was concerned about her personal belongings, not to mention lying when she was taken to the hospital. He did not tell the hospital that she had fallen. They only told them that she had had an epileptic seizure. He considered her admission to the hospital a nightmare I do not recommend this clinic at all
