Leanne is amazing! My wife and I moved to Boston area from California last summer. We needed to buy a home here quickly because we were living in temporary housing and all of our stuff was in storage! Leanne went above and beyond and arranged so many showings around our schedule for a period of 2-3 weeks. She guided us through the bidding and had more houses lined up for us to see when we lost the bids a couple of times. In the end, we ended up buying a great house in a town that we really love at a very reasonable price. This was all thanks to Leanne's diligence and patience! We are so glad that Leanne was our agent, and we don't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. After all, she did the impossible for us! She got us a great house in a great town at the asking price!

Leanne is the best real state agent anyone could ask for. She exactly knows what her client wants. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She really cared about us, understood us from the very first open house even giving us ideas on how better utilize the space. We were so lucky that our relocation company assigned Leanne to us. We really appreciate their advise on staging, pricing, and promotion, which resulted in unbelievable (I mean, literally) offers. But that's only one half of the story; we can't be more thankful to her for her thorough assistance throughout the process. We had to sell our house during the early phase of COVID-19 pandemic, when people didn't know how to handle the situation very well. And on top of that, our schedule was very tight, so that we had to leave the town for another state on the very next day after vacating our house. After that, everything was taken care of by Leanne, from the confirmation of re-paint work and backyard gate repair to the regular/ad-hoc check-up of house status until the day of closing. It's a long process, and for us in a 3+ hours flight distance, the presence of someone whom we can rely on was really invaluable. She is very responsive and responsible agent, and we can highly recommend her without any hesitation.
