    Get ready to waste your time and money. Once they lock you in a lease, they never answer the phone to address problems and when you use the app for maintenance it takes 2 months for them to fix something!

    George Piper, their customer relations agent's voicemail has been full, and not taking messages for weeks now. We're here in Boston, and he's located in Tennessee. He's way past the age of retirement, and ineffective at his job. In my four years of living here, he was never able to resolve any of my issues. It takes 1 min 20 seconds to get to the general voicemail box when you call Corporate. After dozens of calls, no one has called me back. It's completely unacceptable. Beacon receives the highest amount of rent for our zip code, and they have no employee manning phones, or taking calls. Every weekend for the last 6-8 weeks, tenants are sweeping dirt, and debris from their home into the hallway, and leaving their trash there for hours at a time, sometimes overnight. My dog got an abrasion on her paw from the gritty particle. Beacon parades itself as a legitimate company, but they do not hold themselves accountable in upholding high standards of quality of life. Their responsiveness is non existent. The president and vice president of their Boston Headquarters needs to step down, and resign from their positions. Tenant reviews expressing dissatisfaction within their properties are widespread throughout the area that each of them oversee. Why are these employees carrying the water for this corrupt company? Does any of these people have a conscience? Us tenants need accountability, and better leadership. They are not holding up their end of the bargain when the keys were turned over them, yet they're still receiving all of the perks, grants, and breaks. The ineptitude of Beacon has got to change. The reviews speak for themselves. A 2.6 rating shows that they're under performing by a lot.

    We thought we had found an ideal unit here in New Haven CT...it has been anything but. We hv taken Beacon to housing crt and prevailed. The Property management..Breyone Evans (is unable to read from what i hear)and Vesta Bortey- Feo are immature, incompetent, immoral and horrible people to deal with! They r disorganized, accomplish nothing and just incredibly stupid. Crime has increased 10 fold with FEDERAL DEA STINGS WHERE GUNS AND DRUGS WERE RECOVERED! 10 cars in the PRIVATE lot were broken into over a night! People pay 75.00 a month to park here! The Carriage House has to be rented for 150.00 to use! The fitness ctr is a joke. What hasn't been stolen is broken! There is fighting in the hallways and the stench of weed is everywhere! We intend to form with the help of the police dept to file a tenants rights grp. Living here is heartbreaking and moving in NH is hell..one of the worst mistakes I ever made was moving in here...

    Honestly I don't even know where to start, I have to say it's refreshing to read the common. Prior to mine with the gentleman , stating how Is fraudulent these people are and may I add controlling and abusive Not to mention the fact that I am a victim of domestic abuse that because I'm not being favored for whatever reason they like to pick and choose the people they like at. These little communities the one I was at in particular was Pheasant Hill Estates! Just as the gentleman stated, save your receipts and proof of everything you possibly can about when it comes to these individuals and these people in the office that represent Beacon community. Who gives an individual that is a victim of domestic violence that the police and may I add? The state of pennsylvania proceeded to take the case upon their own gave me a lease violation for Even after her Boss told her to withdraw all least violations because this woman tormented and harassed me for a miss 2 years straight until I finally gave in as she sent me a letter, not a court recommended. May I add or a eviction just a simple letter Telling me to leave the property and they are not Renewing my contract . The way I was treated would never, ever happen. Where i'm from and may I add is just three hours away from this area , and I am astonished at how the control up here is really sickening especially with these companies , they come in here and just really take Over people's lives and the control that they try to bring upon people is disgusting and they all work together like for instance, what kind of company when the secretary tells the person their dog p***** away, I gave her a gift and a card and they returned it and said we are not interested sincerely on behalf of Beacon. Community is I'm just so glad I saved all these things and all of the fictitiously sviolations which which might I add. They never use words like allegedly or supposed, they just straight come out and slander your name and accuse, you fictitiously of things that don't even take place and then you have documentation are even better camera documentation of proof that they falsely accuse you of that, you can prove. Elsewhere and literally this is how I know I have a case because I have so many different lawyers trying to take my case that I am pursuing against them. I wish there was some way for me to respond to the man that left the comment above so I could refer him to my lawyer as well. As people needs to. Really go to hell and pay for all of the upset And unnecessary bullshit , and in my case , torment and slander of my name from a woman , that works for them name Shirley Colomer. If you can imagine this woman actually agreed to even letting me record her and she admitted numerous times to giving me bad references. While, I was looking for an Apartment. Like it wasn't bad enough already that for absolutely no reason. After letting me live there for 2 and a 1/2 years. They just all of a sudden. Tell me that they don't wanna allow me to live there anymore for no reason. That's okay. Because one of these lawyers will get to the bottom of it and not a single person. Has ever reached out to me from Beacon Communities or care in any way shape or form that this has happened. Let me just state that for the record.
