Boston's Best Realty

I do not recommend working with Roy Schwartz at Boston's Best Realty or with the property manager, Jamie Sanieoff Levi at Beacon Property Realty. They work directly with and for Syroos Sanieoff of A&B Realty Trust and I have had a terrible experience. I would be happy to elaborate if anyone would care to know, but a google search on Syroos Sanieoff will tell you all you need to. Other names that this group make use are Spectacular Realty and likely others. Please be careful. I did not do my due diligence when researching my landlord and leasing agency and have paid for it now.

The realtor my roommate and I worked with was friendly and helpful. No real issues completing the initial lease signing. However, I disagree with this realtor's approach to lease management and the overall ethos of their practice. They have no issue advising landlords to increase rent just because they can. Since I really like my landlord, I renewed my lease and understand that these are likely standard business practices. I would still not recommend working with Boston's Best Realty in the future.

These ppl are tha worst , they're under investigation, shame on that establishment, terrible ppl , the worst ever , poorly, Racial profile, and sum , that's why I CONTACT!! RACHEll Rollins, u could run but can't Hide!!. Shame on them Crooks Frauds, enter & exit ur property!!

If you're Black and Indigenous regardless of being Latino or not these people won't lease to you along with other realty groups. They redline in way that they gatekeep you from renting in the surrounding neighborhoods. They will use try to make an excuse and start an argument of needing a guarantor/co-signer or add fees and services that was not initially talked about. Even if you're in your 30s or 40s, which they argued with me will try talking down to you like a child. I paid for them to run my credit and they never did. They refused to refund me especially when I reached out after waiting a week to hear back for Roy (Shwartz). He never returned my messages and had the landlord do so even though being the middle man between me and the landlord is his job. Telling me my credit didn't pass even though there was no process of doing so. I was told to try Mattapan or Dorchester instead (meaning we don't want you here). They try to put you down and really are there to welcome certain demographics pertaining to race and socio-economic. There are minorities that are not white they do lease to, but not us. It's noticeable in the city which minorities in white areas are willing to accept in their neighborhoods. Boston Best Realty is just one out of many in this city.
