Melissa was an amazing realtor for our family. She was honest, caring, and patient. Our house search started as the pandemic began, which meant Melissa spent extra time setting up individual showings for nearly every home we saw. With any other realtor, we likely would have given up during the 6-month house search. However, Melissa was our biggest supporter throughout the entire process. She worked tirelessly to ensure that we not only found the perfect home, but a home that we were comfortable with both functionally and financially. Unprofessional. Extremely unresponsive. Expect the bare minimum from Deland as you would receive much better treatment buying or selling property from a more respectful agency.
