Cole was consistently excellent from start to finish. As a first time home-buyer, I needed someone who was both very knowledgeable and very patient, and Cole was exactly that: he was always willing to answer any and all questions I had and give me all the information I needed to finally decide on a place! From the myriad open houses/showings to the final day of closing (and even beyond that), Cole was always supportive, honest, and professional. I highly recommend Cole to anyone who is looking to purchase a home!

Cole is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with! He really went above and beyond to get us the perfect home in todays insanely competitive market. A lot of his time went into showing us great houses, writing solid offers, and navigating all that it took to get us to closing on a fabulous home. He understood what we wanted and consistently pulled great options for us, most of the homes we loved and offered on were selected by him. In fact, I was hesitant to look at the house that ended up being the one- but Cole encouraged it and the rest is history. He is a very sharp agent with a good understanding of the Boston/greater Boston market. While we hope our housing needs don't change for a while, we definitely want to work with Cole again if they do! Edit: I almost completely forgot to mention that Cole also connected us with other really great professionals along the way. We sold our home out of state with a listing agent Cole suggested, she did a great job. We ended up switching lenders to someone he introduced us to that was much more responsive and got us a better rate. Lastly, we also used his real estate attorney recommendation and they were awesome to work with as well. Cole knows a lot of good people in the industry!

From the first open house to closing day, Cole was in our corner fighting to ensure we got the perfect apartment we hoped for as first time buyers. We were flexible, but also had a good idea of what we were looking for, and Cole took those considerations to guide us towards the best options. His responses were quick, he made himself available to answer any questions or concerns along the way, and kept us informed with all the details of the process. We had several delays on the sellers end when closing, and Cole pushed things along much faster than would have otherwise been possible. He was a valuable asset and did a great job, we recommend him for anyone buying a home in Greater Boston, especially as a first purchase!

Highly recommend Cole for selling a home. We partnered with him to sell our luxury condo in Boston, and we were impressed by how Cole was so on top of every nitty gritty detail to ensure a successful sale. For example, in the process of preparing the listing, Cole orchestrated the stagers and photographers, and worked directly with them together to make sure every aspect of the home was presented in the best light, and indeed the presentation was amazing. We got an offer within just a few days. At that point, Cole went out of his way to serve as a facilitator across every part of the process to guarantee a smooth closing. Some examples: he organized the home inspection and personally brought in an extra carbon monoxide monitor just to ensure we were up to compliance. He also served as an active liaison to the buyer's lender to ensure there were no hiccups in that part of the process. His hustle and all the little things he did to stay a step ahead are why I would recommend him to anybody selling their home. In our case, the results speaks for itself - we were very happy that he sold our place quickly and for a good price.
