Nick did not clean our apartment before we arrived, he told us it was clean when I called him, and then we found out that he had tried to get into the apartment ,current tenants told us, so he could see if it was actually cleaned. The apartment was disgusting and Nick never did anything to help us, once he got his check he said we were no longer his problem. Super unprofessional, as nice as he was , at least we thought, he played us and it is really unfortunate that we chose him to help us find an apartment

As newcomer immigrants my husband and I were wary of navigating the real estate rental system in the U.S. Foundation Real Estate Services and their broker Shaun Ulloa made us feel safe and well taken care of. We found a unit we fell in love with for a price that fit our budget plans and signed a lease within three days, everyone I know believes this is an incredible feat for people who don't know the market, this was all thanks to Shaun and the company. 100% recommended!

My sister and I looked for apartments on 2 separate occasions with a different realty co. with no luck. Naturally we had our guard up but Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, listened to all of our wants and needs and had a lot of knowledge on the areas we looked at. I felt comfortable with setting realistic expectations with him and never felt pressured to step outside of them. Not only was it great working with Andrew but Foundation real estate seems to build strong relationships with their landlords. Without that trust I dont know if we would be in the apartment we are in today! I didnt want to start this review with a downer because that would defeat the purpose but its worth noting, apartment hunting as people of color is a difficult process to go through. I think it helped that Andrew was young and open-minded.

We started working with Shaun and Foundation right when the pandemic hit. He was nothing but insightful and helpful throughout the process. Even when our hopes were down with the number of places we looked at, he continued to keep an optimistic view. We never felt like he was trying to push us in a certain direction, but he was always willing to give us thoughtful advice on every place we saw. He used a great balance of experience and research to answer our questions, and in the end helped us find a great house in Quincy. We highly recommend Shaun and his team.
