We loved working with Richard! My mother had been in her home for some time and had accumulated quite a lot of stuff. Richard had great ideas about decluttering and made the home shine in photographs and when shown at open houses. He was also very respectful of our time and my mother's belongings since she was still living in the unit as it was being shown. I felt he always kept her best interests in mind. In addition, communication was stellar. We knew what to expect when and he explained each form to fill out for the listing and made sure we understood the entire selling process from listing date through the closing date. I would definitely work with Richard again.

Richard truly did go head and shoulders above the rest in guiding us through our search in Jamaica Plain and Fort Hill and our first home purchase! In each of three oddball properties we toured, in fact, he climbed to great heights with us (a tower condo in a former asylum, a terraced hillside home, and a steep-staired attic unit circa 1782). Beyond their physical quirks, each property presented unique challenges in their offer and closing processes. Richard was adept at navigating all of these circumstances: taking time to proofread and critique a required offer letter, coordinate with legal, lending and listing agent teams, even secure contractor quotes to assist in initial renovation work. His command of the process and connections to additional local expertise came very much in handy in securing our place. We feel very lucky to have found Richard as we most certainly would not have found ourselves here - first time homeowners - without him!

Working with Gary was incredible-He was thoughtful, honest, patient, and so helpful in answering all of our questions as we prepared to buy our first home. Each step felt seamless because he was there supporting us. I could not recommend him enough if you are in the market of purchasing or selling property. He is knowledgeable of the market, will consistently advocate for you in what can be an overwhelming process, and is just a kind person to be around. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Gary supported me through the purchase of my first home and his support was nothing short of amazing. As this was my first home buying experience, and I was purchasing a sizable property which included an in-law for my parents - I was nervous and apprehensive about the entire process. Gary not only helped me with identifying a reputable lender and a lawyer, he literally hand held me through the entire process. What I appreciated the most was how available Gary made himself to me in answering the MANY questions I had. I am so grateful that through Gary's history and expertise with real estate that he was able to be so supportive during one of the biggest decisions - and purchases in my life. The homebuying process can be daunting and emotional and it is important to embark on that journey with someone who can help you navigate all the moving pieces, nuances and quite frankly confusing aspects of the process. After living in West Roxbury for 25 years, I decided it was time to sell my house. After doing my research, I reached out to Christine Li, the owner of Prism Real Estate Group.
