We had been looking at an apartment with Greg for a couple months out. Our apartment no longer had hot water, a working sink, and had a sewage leak in the basement. We had to pull out of the deal as we needed housing ASAP and couldnt wait a couple months. He responded you both win the gold medal in time wasting!!! Incredibly unprofessional

Greg was such a pleasure to work with while helping us find an amazing apartment to rent in Beacon Hill. He was super responsive and shared his love and knowledge of the area with us. He was never pushy and listened to exactly what we wanted to make sure we ended up in a place that we loved. From coordinating tours, to helping us get to know the building and the people in it, Greg never missed a beat. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Greg was a phenomenal real estate agent who was always professional and responsive. He always answers texts within minutes and calls almost always on the first few rings. He had a network of handyman and other connections to be able to solve any and all issues within just a few hours or days. He was also able to photograph our apartment and get it out to the public within 24 hours of us notifying him we would be moving out. He had 4-5 applicants within a week and another person moving in within 2 weeks. I would recommend just about anyone to work with Greg on finding their next apartment in the Beacon Hill/Boston area, you will not be disappointed!

As an international resident, Greg has saved me so much hustle I have been through before contacting him to get an apartment in Boston around late summer. Y'all know how crazy apartment hunting in Boston is like, so I am beyond grateful to have Greg working with me for the entire apartment hunting process. I was in a country that has a 12 hours difference, and Greg was kind enough to give me a thorough virtual tour of the apartment, the neighborhood. He even walked me to the nearest Whole Foods!! After flying out to Boston, he took care of everything: getting the key, how to pay rent, who to contact for maintenance, etc. Long in short, a decent, responsible and welcoming human to work with!
