Convesely, when we met Andrew, he never asked us to sign any paperwork and immediately began working to find us homes that fit our needs. 2. Excellent work ethic: We had (and still do) have a lot of qs as first-time home buyers. Andrew was available any time for us and responded instaneously and ensured our problems were sorted out. If there was ever a rare occasion when he wasn't available, he would let us know well in advance and ensured his colleagues were available. 3. Knowledge and negotiation skills: Andrew has studied Law and Business and this comes in very handy during negotiations. He helped us negotiate a lower and fairer price despite the inflated markets using local knowledge and data to his advantage. He also connected us to his most-trusted lenders, insurers, inspectors, contractors, and lawyers upon our request. 4. Relationship management: Andrew has been available even after we closed on the property to respond promptly to all our qs and help resolve our problems.
