Complete disregard for tenants privacy (showing up for repairs unannounced) totally incompetent repair people (flooded my apartment) total lack of professionalism (receptionist forgets about repair calls, landlord verbally harassing myself and roommates over the phone) save yourself the headaches and live somewhere else

The worst rental company and landlord. I have to call them repeatedly to even get someone to answer the phone. it takes me to even file complaints to the city for them to even fix my heat that's been broken.

Absolutely abysmal of a renting company. I had to visit Lisa in person because they ignore emails and the phone number listed is not an office number. Her office had papers all over the place and there was a phone off the hook making an incessant dial tone, it was almost a scene out of a movie. Shes unorganized, impatient, and has no regard for her tenants. When we arrived at our scheduled move in time, they were STILL there painting the walls! My roommates and I also tried to get maintenance to fix our plumbing several times until she finally sent someone who was wearing designer clothes and white sneakers to try to fix the pipes. Its clear they dont have a maintenance crew and avoid fixing their properties at all costs. They own more than one building in this area and they should be avoided at all costs.

Lisa, the landlord and property manager, is unresponsive, unprofessional, and unorganized.
The number listed above is just a maintenance number and the only way you can reach her is by email (if she decides she is not busy enough to check it). Avoid at all costs.

the worst landlords ive ever dealt with in my life. the complete lack of maintenance, and lisa and michaels complete disregard for their 100+ tenants is disgusting. my realtor somehow convinced me to move here. if yours does too, find a new one.
Edit: I posted this review about ten months ago and our entire building is slowly falling apart. Maintenance has effectively stopped, and everything is about a few months away from being a safety hazard. Lisa has NEVER responded meaningfully to a single complaint, and screamed attacks at me when I pushed her on it. Ezra is equally incompetent.
PLEASE NEVER MOVE IN TO A CUMMINGS PROPERTY. They own almost all of Egremont street and several others around the area. Research who your landlords are!
