I utilized At Home Realty when I needed an apartment so that I could attend a graduate program at BC four years ago. Having spent most of my life in the Philadelphia area, I was rather anxious about finding a place where I could be comfortable and focus on my studies for the next two years.From the outset, Janet made sure my apartment browsing experience was stellar. I was shown numerous options in my price range and never once felt pressured--all my questions and concerns were fielded with the utmost professionalism.  I could tell that my happiness and comfort outweighed the desire to simply close a deal which, in my opinion, is exactly what you should want out of an Agent.The tenants whose apartments I was viewing were always given a generous heads-up before our arrival.  This was also true when it came time for me to move out--I was always given a courtesy call. I would also like to note that any time my apartment facilities needed a repair, however minor, the issues were always addressed promptly--a hard thing to find anymore.  At Home Realty and Janet made finding an apartment an easy and pain-free process. I would definitely work with them again in the future!
