He didn't stop until we found a great place. He listened to our needs and budget and knocked it out of the park! Highly recommend! We will be back when it comes time to buy a house for sure!

My husband and I stumbled upon the Focus Real Estate offices and are SO grateful to have met Ruben Montano Lopez. We closed on our property 3 weeks later. Ruben is kind, patient, and incredibly attentive to his clients. He was always available when we needed him and took the time to answer all of our questions. I worked with agent Eric Wei, with him as my buyer's agent. As a first-time home buyer, I was impressed by how thoroughly Eric guided me through the entire process. He was patient, kind, and gave me lots of information to make crucial decisions along the way. The sellers were relatively difficult to work with, but Eric negotiated an outcome that was fair for all parties. He has a great knowledge of the Jamaica Plain area, as well.
