Chris is amazing! He knows Southie better than anyone weve worked with. He is extremely personable, professional, and is always available when we need to connect. During the Covid pandemic we struggled to get our units filled due to a high vacancy rate in the city, but with his knowledge of the market and connections he took on organizing the updating/contractors for our units in order to stay competitive. He worked tirelessly to get our units filled. Not living in the city, we have no doubt that we are able to count on him to manage our properties.

Fitzpatrick real estate is easily the best real estate firm I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a lot of them in my 10 years in the city as a renter, buyer, and now landlord . The service is really unbelievable. He helped me rent out my condo in Boston during the height of the covid pandemic. He also helps with ongoing service requests from the tenets. He is very responsive, professional, friendly, overall he is someone I would do business with again and again. When I do sell my condo I plan on asking him for help. The service is truly above and beyond any one else in the industry. He makes the process so easy both in the beginning and ongoing. I cannot say enough good things about Chris and his firm.

Chris is the 3rd property manager I have worked with as a landlord. He is far and away the most knowledgeable about his market (Southie) and helpful in thinking through and managing my property remotely. He acts as if he is the owner and he is trustworthy and that is all you can hope for in a property manager.
