They hire managers that like to scare, intimidate and just generally aggravate renters. Also not handicap friendly at all. God forbid you should ask for a Reasonable Accommodation or a handicap unit! Forget about getting approval. In the 3 1/2 years that I have lived in one of their apartments, they have turned down every request I have made for a Reasonable Accommodation. What they do is have their attorney make unreasonable demands instead of just granting the RA. This is a company that would rather spend thousands and thousands of dollars on attorneys fees rather than spend a couple hundred dollars to help a disabled person. They have even sued me for not doing something that I was physically incapable of doing. If you are disabled, do yourself a favor, and do not live in one of this companys apartments. I suspect its just a matter of time before HUD takes their money away from them. Stay away from their properties if you want a nice, peaceful place to live. They have the gardeners come in at least twice/week making noise so loud that it gets to 80 and 90db inside my apartment with the windows closed. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor's conversations, tv's, radios, and even having sex! Do not move in if you want any kind of privacy, peace, or quiet at all.
