        I will live in a cardboard box on the side of the road before I live in an Alpha owned property. Take yourself to reddit and read all of the first hand terrible experiences people have had living here. This landlord is a multi millionaire and cant even provide a clean and functional living space for the very people that earn him his millions. They are SLIMEY. DO NOT RENT AN ALPHA PROPERTY.

        Alpha does not care about their tenants, they regularly ignore safety complaints from our building and our entire building has been without heat for multiple day stretches several times this winter. They are disrespectful and disorganized, do not rent from them if you can avoid it

        Management was quick to solve a broken door, have responded respectfully to any maintenance requests and are kind and communicative when asked for help. I have never had an issue communicating with them!
