Professional, good repairs, and good price. I got quotes from 5 different plumbers to replace my water heater and Vaughan was near the cheapest (the second cheapest, but the cheapest plumber had some red flags about the quality of work he would do). They were professional in their communication and their work. I would use them again.

Can I say "WOW!", am really glad I called these guys. I had other plumbers diagnose( guesswork ) and pre-estimate( through pictures ). Needless to say they made worst case scenario assumptions on a couple of things(which is fine) but also made incorrect diagnosis which had high fixed costs that was unnecessary. The estimates were highly inflated in a similar fashion like Auto mechanics. For example, I had a running toilet. One plumber was adamant that the Flange had to be replaced without reasoning( unknowingly, I just had the Flange replaced very recently but he was adamant on needing for it to be replaced ). So I decided to call Vaughan Plumbing and Heating, these guys came and went through the steps of evaluation, got things right at a fraction( 1/10th ) of other estimates. No frills nor phantom issues or unwanted/unnecessary parts to replace. Solid and honest. First Google review ever.
