        I called this company to repair the diverter for my shower and I am frustrated for paying $78 Service Fee to have someone come to my place to tell me I need to research for the part And let them know when I find the part. Im not a plumber, I dont know the resources to find this and I have no time for that! I cant believe I got charged for that! Perhaps I should open a plumbing consulting company and charge people for that! The plumber was nice.. He was just following instructions from his boss.
