    I had lower back stiffness and tilted hips for about 2 years that kept getting worse after working out. Claire helped me relieve the stiffness and tilt through personalized and functional exercises that get me back on my feet in no time. Currently the gol switched to working on building overall strength and mobility, which has been amazing! Highly recommend!

    I've been very happy with The Method. I switched my PT because I couldn't get an appointment at times that worked for me and I am glad that I did. They offer a higher quality of care and more personalized attention then my previous experience.

    I was lucky enough to find The Method and Claire while I was in the throws of postpartum life and was becoming discouraged as it appeared that my c-section recovery was regressing. I can't say enough good things about my experience! Claire not only worked with me on postpartum specific recovery like pelvic floor exercises and scar massage, but helped me rebuild my full body strength. I now feel stronger than I did pre-pregnancy. Claire always went at my pace, while giving me the push and support that I needed to rebuild. I can't recommend Claire and The Method enough!

    I recently completed a series of sessions with Rachael, and my time with her was not an exaggeration life-changing. After the birth of my second child, I was experiencing stress incontinence that was affecting me daily. Any kind of high impact training was a struggle, and even more basic things like coughing, sneezing, and jogging were problematic. Im a pretty active person, so dealing with leaking issues like this was frustrating, to say the least. From the very first appointment, Rachael created an environment that was as comfortable as it was professional. Each session was fun Rachael is down to earth and has a great sense of humor, not to mention a playlist lineup that would make any radio DJ envious. Her laid-back yet focused approach helped me to relax and really engage with the process. Rachaels method is a holistic one, which was essential to me in finding the right fit for a pelvic floor therapist. She was sure to integrate what I was doing to strengthen my pelvic floor with my existing strength training plan, which helped resolve my issues while also significantly improving my overall physical strength. Her guidance was clear, practical, and tailored specifically to my needs. In my experience, its been rare to find a healthcare professional who is not only exceptional in their field, but also truly personable and fun to be around. Rachael is all of that and more! Her dedication to her work and her patients well-being was evident in every interaction, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. If youre facing similar issues, she will not only help you resolve them but will also make the journey an unexpectedly enjoyable one. A full five stars for an outstanding experience!

    I am so grateful that The METHOD was recommended to me by a friend for pelvic floor PT after having my second child. I have been working with Dr. Claire Spring and I truly look forward to our sessions she is so intelligent, kind, and so easy to casually chat with. She does not take a "one size fits all" approach, which I had seen with pelvic floor PT previously at a different business. Each session, she takes the time to listen to my concerns / goals and she creates a program to meet me exactly where I am in my post-partum journey starting with breathing exercises, then stretching and now we are working on rebuilding strength. She is hands on during the session and gives modifications / form corrections. The location is so welcoming and clean, I even brought my newborn to sessions before she started childcare. Working with Claire has been so beneficial to my post-partum mental health, in addition to physical health! If you are reading this review, reach out and schedule a consultation. You wont regret it!
