Studio East

We had a fantastic experience at Studio East - we booked the studio for the day for a photo shoot. Olivia was great to work with and very helpful throughout the whole process. The space itself is fantastic: great natural light, bright blank walls, and big windows surrounded by brick. Parking is super easy, it's convenient to get to, they had plenty of c-stands and other equipment availabke, and we will 100% be returning for future shoots.

I came to Studio East to film a video. The space is beautiful and has a range of elements that are really helpful for getting different looks or scenes including a kitchen and living room set up as well as two small rooms. If you are just talking photographs, this is an excellent choice. Lots of natural light, lots of space. Trying to film was more challenging. With the constant traffic flow on the highway just outside the large windows, there were many times that a loud truck or the rev of a motorcycle caused us to have to refilm. The proximity to the airport did not prove problematic sound wise (or at least in comparison to the highway!) Visiting the space the week before the film shoot did not make the amount of noise we had on the day of filming clear. Not sure if the noise was just tuned out more while not filming, or if it was a particularly quiet traffic day/hour while checking out the space. In the afternoon we did see a huge ship go under the bridge, that was really cool!
