        The pharmacy staff is frustratingly slow and comically inept. Had to wait over 15 minutes (after my appointment time started) for them not to be able to understand how to bill my insurance for a simple flu shot, which is ridiculous (CVS across the street had it figured out right away, I was out in less than 5). Plus the check-out line here is never short or quick. I only give this place two stars because at least it was clean and the janitorial staff deserves a shout out.
