It's either valet or self park-n-pay, make up your minds so you might invoke trust through signage and clear direction. Confusing experience.

    - clearance height not posted on outside of building (its 7'-0") - entrance machine continued to read "lot full" despite me watching a car pull out of the public lot/exit gate as I drove up

Super friendly and attentive attendants. The garage is clean and easy to get to. They hold your keys, which I am not a fan of, but my car was ready for me to drive right out at the time I said I would return. The attendant was so friendly that we left him an extra large tip. This is definitely my new parking spot when I see a show at Speakeasy Stage Company. (The entrance is right next to the exit from the garage!)

Parker, be aware! I attended a show at SpeakEasy Stage Company on the evening of Oct 12 and figured I would park in the garage instead of looking for street parking. I pull in and there is a line. I end up sitting in the line for about 15 min. When it finally starts moving its due to the parking attendant emerging for who know where. The line begins moving slightly because a couple of folks begin leaving their parking spots and members in line park in the spots. A spot opens up and I attempt to park in it, cant fit and go to the next one. The parking attendant tells me if I want to park my car it will have to be via valet and hell need my keys. I told him I saw at least two people park their cars without valet service and there were zero signs that noted this was a valet garage only. I proceed to begin parking in another spot and the attendant walks up to the spot and puts a cone in it and looks back at me with a smirk on this face. Management, please train your staff on the basics of customer service because this wasnt it. And if you have a policy on this being a valet lot only, make that clear before customers enter your garage. Dont treat customers horribly and then make them pay a $14 fee for being in your garage for 20 min.
