Espana Painting

If I could rate Erwin and his team a million stars I would. He quoted me a fair price and before beginning work, he walked me through the property and set expectations for what was and wasn't feasible. I had really bowed walls that unless there was a total wall replacement, it would be hard to hide. Long story short, you can't notice any bowed or wavy walls. I had him paint my condo head to toe, including the cabinets and they finished EARLY! He coordinated other repair people I needed, like a plumber which really helped me not have to take time off work. I trusted Erwin and his team with a key to my condo and put full faith in him. Before the job was finished, Erwin had me walk through the condo and make sure everything was to my liking. Damage caused to the drawer by the countertop company? No issue, Erwin fixed it without me even asking. He is fantastic and has completely transformed my condo. Thank you so much, Erwin!!

I worked with Espana Painting on multiple small projects involving repainting walls, staircases and rebuilding dry walls. It was part of a large reflooring project on our house with 4 floors plus basement. Erwin and his team were professional and knowledgeable in their work from selection of paint and communication to clients about the specifics. He was patient with our questions and tried to accommodate our various needs. I highly recommend their service to anyone else!

We first worked with Erwin and his team a few years ago when they painted the exterior of our home in Boston. Professional, responsive, and with an impressive attention to detail, Espama Painting did a wonderful job with our home, and it was on time and on budget. We knew if we ever needed painting services again, hiring Espana was a no-brainer. We are now in the suburbs and bought a home where the cathedral ceiling was cracking along the roof pitch. We put in a call to Espana painting to fix it, and fix it they did. No more unsightly cracks and the ceiling looks great. Once again, the project was on time and on budget. We couldnt be more pleased or more impressed with the quality of the work. We recommend Espana to anyone who asks. Well never hire anyone else, nor should you. Erwin and his team are just fantastic. The whole process was seamless, from the quote to scheduling to the project itself. Erwin was so helpful during the entire process, and was patient with all my questions and changes. Before talking to Erwin, I thought I could not do part of the project (Formica painting) but he came up with an amazing solution that looks absolutely beautiful! We have used Erwin on many of our properties over the past few years. Each time he has been professional, reliable, prompt and delivers high quality work. He's done a great job on both the interior and exterior work. His team members keep a clean and tidy job site. They are respectful of our tenants and neighbors. They truly over perform! We are certainly planning to continue using him in the future and we highly recommend his services!
