I had the pleasure of working with Nate when purchasing my first home. I just closed today! I would absolutely recommend him if you are looking for a mortgage lender. He went above and beyond and even made himself available long after working hours when the seller decided to call late into the evening or when I wanted to discuss options. He walked me through the different mortgage types and was able to get me the best rate during a time when people are watching rates like a hawk now. He also reached out when a better rate became available so I could lock in at the best time. 5 stars!
